Based on a Japanese manga, “Kanna-San, Daiseikou Desu,” this story revolves around Kang Han-na (Kim Ah-jung), an overweight phone sex employee and secret vocalist for Ammy, a famous Korean pop singer who actually lip syncs as she cannot sing.
