Seong-joon joins Soonyang Construction with ulterior motives. Do-joon convinces Se-hyun to acquire Jaea Construction to build a digital media city in Sangam-dong. Soonyang also eyes that area, but they need the new Seoul mayor to give the project to them. Chang-je gets elected as the new mayor of Seoul, but he goes against Chairman Jin and gives the project to Jaea Construction.
